Seminar on the Geometry of Differential Equations and Related Topics
In 2008
the seminar take place
on Wednesdays
in
the building of Independent University of Moscow
(B. Vlasjevskij per., 11), room 211 at 19.10.
The seminar is devoted to algebra and
to geometry of nonlinear differential equations, secondary (quantized) calculus,
etc.
October 15, 2008:
Alexey Samokhin (Moscow)
Review of sofware for the computation of symmetries and conservation laws.
September 24, 2008:
Oleg Morozov (Moscow)
Problems in geometry of nonlinear partial differential equations with
more than two independent variables. Abstract: The talk will survey a number of nonlinear PDEs with more than two
independent variables which are of recent interest of the community
and have a rich geometrical structure, and discuss problems arising in
study of their geometry.
