1980 - 1983: A postgraduate student of the Moscow State University, Mechanical & Mathematical Faculty.
1983 - 1986: Researcher at the Central Research Institute for Methodology of Designing (USSR Ministry of Building).
1986 - 1987: Senior researcher at the same Institute.
1988 - 1992: Senior lecturer at the Bauman Moscow State Technical University.
1992 - 2008: Associate professor at the same Institute.
2008 up to now: Full professor at the Bauman Moscow State Technical University.
1988: Ph.D. degree in Mathematics.
2007: Doctor of Science degree in Mathematics.

Current research: geometry of differential equations, symmetries, conservation laws, Lie-Backlund transformations, Backlund transformations, invertible differential operators, functional-differential equations, integro-differential equations, differential equations with delay, deformations of geometric structures; control problems; flat control systems.
